This website is operated by Sōk Saunas. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sōk Saunas. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we have completed your site consult, where applicable.

Site consults and quotes

Installation quotes are fixed once your site consult is complete. If the site differs materially from what was described, we will tell you before any extra work begins.

Delivery and installation

Delivery and install dates are estimates and may move due to weather, access or supply. We will keep you updated and reschedule at no cost.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for council approval where required, a compliant base, clear access, and engaging a licensed electrician for self-installed saunas.

Warranty and consumer law

Our warranty is set out on our warranty page and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
