Worth every winter morning

Ordered in May, installed in July. The crew turned up at seven, had the panels standing by morning tea and the heater wired before lunch. We were sitting in it by dinner. Six months on it is the best part of most days, especially when it is cold and dark outside.

The heat is different

We had used gym saunas for years and always thought that sharp, dry sting was just part of it. This is gentler and far more even. You can stay in much longer, and a ladle of water on the stones rolls through the whole room instead of scalding your shoulders.

Sleeping better than ever

Twenty minutes in the evening and I am out like a light. My partner was sceptical about adding another thing to the garden. Now she is first in most nights, and the low lighting makes it feel like a proper wind-down rather than a workout.

Beautifully made

The joinery is better than our kitchen. Every board lines up, the door closes with a soft thud and there is not a single exposed screw inside. The charred finish looks incredible against the garden, and it has already started to soften in the sun.

Clear from start to finish

Fixed quote after the site visit and they stuck to it, even when they found a buried pipe where the base was going. They moved it half a metre, explained why and did not charge us extra. Rare these days. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Ready in thirty minutes

I set it from the app on my way home from work and it is hot by the time the car is parked. The schedule feature means it is ready before I wake up on weekends too. Power bills went up less than I expected, roughly the same as running a dryer.

Before you step inside

Do I need council approval?

Usually not for a structure this size, but rules vary by council. We check during the site visit and tell you before you commit.

What power does it need?

The electric heater needs a dedicated circuit from your switchboard. On full-service installs we arrange a licensed electrician.

How long does delivery take?

Each Cabin is built to order. Most are delivered and installed six to eight weeks after your site visit.

What base does it sit on?

A level concrete slab or compacted gravel pad. Choose full service and we prepare it for you.

How often should I use it?

Most owners settle into three or four sessions a week, 10 to 20 minutes at a time. Start shorter, drink plenty of water and build up.

What does the warranty cover?

Ten years on the structure and timber, three years on the heater and electrics.

Still curious? We're happy to talk timber, power and placement. No pressure, no script.
